Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

The app and all associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights belong to Galixo AI.

Changes and Charges

Galixo AI reserves the right to:

• Make changes to the app at any time for any reason.
• Charge for its services, but will always make it clear what you’re paying for.

User Responsibilities

The VPN Proxy app stores and processes personal data you provide to offer its services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it:

• Makes your phone vulnerable to malware and security risks.
• May cause the VPN Proxy app to malfunction or not work at all.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

Internet Connectivity and Charges

Some app functions require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Galixo AI is not responsible for reduced functionality due to internet unavailability. If using mobile data, you are responsible for any charges, including roaming fees. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain permission from the responsible party before using the app.

Liability Limitations

Galixo AI is not responsible for:

• The app malfunctioning due to lack of internet or device battery.
• Losses caused by reliance on third-party information.

While we strive to keep the app updated, we rely on third-party data and cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times.

App Updates and Termination

The app is currently available for Android. System requirements may change, requiring updates. Users must accept updates to continue using the app. Galixo AI may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

• Your rights and licenses granted under these terms will end.
• You must stop using and delete the app from your device.
